I purchased a new car (Dodge Durango 2021 ) last year, and since then, I have been experiencing a noise coming from my vehicle. but unfortunately, technicians have not been able to identify the problem and fix it, despite several attempts…If anybody has faced the same issue plz comment below…I made a video of that noise

As loud as that is, seems it should be easy to locate. To me, sounds like something loose in the dash. My advice would be try a different dealership **and** elevate the complaint up the corporate chain. Look in owners manual for steps to take.
