07 Dodge Caliber here

I got a code a long time ago and identified a possibly problematic part on my vehicle, however I’ve since deleted the code in my diagnosis and forgot the part name. Can somebody help me identify what the part is by the picture? It’s at the very front of the vehicle behind the fans. Thanks for all help on this~
