My son did about a 1,600 mile round trip in an ICE RAM rental after his bad wreck, he said my Tacoma had way more leg room in the passenger front seat floor board area… It is a nice looking truck with a lot of power, but it would be overkill for my needs, I could have bought a hybrid Tacoma for wayyy less than the RAM, but I chose the V6 Tacoma instead, but I would go Toyota on any hybrid anyway…
I am not looking for a new truck, I have a 2023 with under 15K on it now… lol
Just hit 12,000 on mine, timewise it just had it’s 3rd oil change.
Mine had 12,130 when I bought it a year ago, it was 10 months old at the time, if I had bought it new, I would only have a est under 6K miles on it by now.. lol
Toyota changed the oil and did the axle TSB thingy at 10K and then CarMax did it again when I bought it at 12K…
My dealer bought oil and filter is here ready to change it next month…
I’m not a mechanic, but from what I have read any four stroke engine is subject to water condensation in the oil.
So anything greater than 4 miles should burn off the water? Sorry the delayed reply on vacation here for a couple days.
