How many quarts of engine oil are needed for an oil change on my 2005 sentra 1.8?

Hello, are you sure you have the 1.8l or is it the 2.0 ?  
Anyway, it will take 3.5 qts with the filter replaced. Good luck.

Then, you would run the engine. Then, you would check the dip stick. Then, you would add oil if needed.
