If I turn my car on and warm it up for less than approximately twenty minutes it turns off as soon as I put it on drive or reverse. What could be causing this? How can I fix it? ---

Unfortunately, 1941 Hupmobiles were always known for this problem. That is what you are driving, correct? **;-))** Seriously, however, if you want an answer with any value, you need to supply us with the following information: Make Model Model year Engine type Odometer mileage Maintenance history for at least the past 3 years A list of the repairs that have already been attempted The ambient temperature when you have observed the problem Whether the Check Engine Light is lit up, and if so, what trouble codes were found ---

The car dosen’t “turn Off” it dies. Sounds like an older car with a poor Heat-rizer.
