Do MPG-CAPS really improve mileage and reduce pollution?

You already have a micro thin coating on your cylinder walls that reduces friction. It’s called oil. And the extremely low level of unburned hydrocarblons out of your exhaust should tell you that the fuel is already being virtually totally consumed, meaning that your complex systems in your current setup are already getting the maximum energy out of the fuel that’s possible.

Even if it did help (which it won’t), do you really want to add $2.10 to the cost of every fillup? I know I sure don’t!
