… a tiny town has been banned from issuing speeding tickets for one year after an audit revealed that more than 50% of the town’s revenue was derived from the fines paid by drivers who were– **allegedly** –speeding.

Still remember returning to the us over the Niagara Falls bridge. The customs guy had such a thick accent, my wife had to interpret what he was asking.
