Engine came on so I went to a nation auto parts provider and the pulled the code P1506 Idle Air Control System Overspeed Detected.

Does anyone have some suggestions on what might be best course of action to identify the issue. Should I just change the Idle Air Control? I’ve had errors like this before and it never seems to be the part referenced that is actually the problem.

 Thanks, kerry

Sorry, Engine Light came on so I got the codes pulled. Car is running good, but earlier in the week car was hesitating a bit when cold.
