# Mazda 6 2008 makes strange sound

Hi,  
My mazda 6 2008 has began to make a very strange sound and it feels like its going to brake haha.  
Does anyone know what makes this sound and how to fix it?

I can’t tell for sure, but appears to have a check engine light on. Is that correct? If so have the codes read and please post back with the code numbers.  
Sounds like the engine is changing RPM, yet the tach needle is not moving.

Hi,  
No, the engine light is not on. Only the parking and airbag. And the engine light has not been on at all.  
The RPM does not change, its something else I am afraid.

It’s hard to tell anything from that video as the sound is highly muffled. Have you popped the hood and listened under there? See if you can get some idea of where it’s coming from and maybe do another video.
