# Maxima does not start

MY wife started the car engine yesterday(1/18) and let it run for 10 mins with the heater on, to de-ice the car… After 10 mins the engine stopped on its own and then on it does not start… As the battery is nearing end of life we changed the batter this AM and still no luck… It cranks and thats all…  
Nissan Maxima 2001…

Any tip is greatly appreciated!!

Check fuel pressure.  
Check spark.  
Hook up a scanner and retrieve any fault codes.
