So, I’m going to go to the auto salvage yard to get a replacement driver’s seat for my 2003 Dodge Caravan SE. Would any car from 2001 to 2007 work? And does it have to be a Caravan, or can it also be a Grand Caravan?

If its the same generation Dodge Caravan I am sure they will fit.
