# MAP Sensor Issue 05 Escape

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I have a 2005 Ford Escape 3.0L V6. The emission systems/check engine light keeps coming on. I have taken it to 4 different places and the diagnostic keeps refering to the MAP Sensor. It has been replaced twice (granted one was free) and the light is still on. I have also replaced a coil, the plugs and boots. Any suggestions?

Post the code number if you could, as well as any symptoms you are having. There is no such thing as a code that says “replace MAP sensor”.
