I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT and the only time my turn signals work is in the morning. by afternoon, when I leave work they won’t come on at all.

When they’re not working, try wiggling the hazard switch. Not enough to turn it on, but enough to see if that’s where the breakdown is. Just use a fingernail or something, and push the button side to side, up and down.

At least, you might be able to figure where the fault is - then you can figure out what needs replacing. 🙂
