Your caps are stuck on.

Most cars, when bought new, come with a service schedule book where you can take note and document the service done. Yours didn’t? If so, ask your dealers.

Dumbing down, You’re supposed to ask a friendly dealer who’ll have the opportunity to sell you all kinds of service, necessary and otherwise.

You can use this but I would advise caution if you do. Note that some of the services tell you to rely on a dashboard OLM and this gets many people in trouble by leaving them with a damaged engine or other component system.

Changing the oil once a year may not be good enough depending on your driving habits, enviro conditions, and so on.

I also note that Honda, like others, is still making that totally misguided recommendation about how to inspect valve lash by stating it should be done “when they’re noisy”.
Jesus Christ; one would think that a factory full of experts would know better. The quiet valves are the ones that should be of more concern.

Here it is from Honda’s Canada website:

There is one for the US, but you need to go through a free registration first.

Try a Google search. My search for “2012 Honda Civic maintenance schedule” brought up several options. One that seemed pretty good is:

This one is specific for your car as you enter the year and model information.
