# Locate fuel filter?

I own 1991 Toyota Corolla with 65,000 miles on it. It has 1.6L engine so the problem is I couldn’t find fuel filter so i can replace it as part routine maintenance. I looked over Chilton repair manual and it does not explain clear so anyone know where it is located.

Lots of info, but not one mention of a fuel filter/location. Amazing.

Did I miss it, if so, where?

That looks like the type that is in the engine compartment by the firewall like Honda. Look at the picture or buy one, then look under the hood to locate it. Follow the fuel line at the regulator back to the filter.
