I wouldn’t use synthetic oil…just regular dino oil. The biggest problem with running so few miles on a vehicle is the built up moisture. Synthetic oil isn’t going to handle it any better. Just use regular dino oil and change it once a year.

I agree and I would add one thing: a short trip in cold weather is much worse than a short trip in warm weather. When it’s warm there’s minimum fuel enrichment at start-up.
