What do you do when the lease on your apartment is over? Either move, buy a house, or sign another lease. What’s the difference?
I typically start planning what I’m going to do about 2 months prior to lease expiration. Usually I’ll either buy or lease another new car. By the end of this lease I hope to have convinced my wife to move into a high rise downtown condo, where having a car is neither practical or necessary.
