# Leak Detection Pump 97 Eagle Talon Esi non turbo

Just wondering if anyone knows where to get a cheaper Leak Detection Pump for my 97 Eagle Talon Esi than the 120 bucks from dealer. problem is that when temp changes about 10 degrees and it sits like overnight or at work sometimes it will code P1494 and I don’t have a vacuum leak clear code then no problem but cant find part anywhere but special order from dealer.

There are times where the dealer is the only source for certain replacement parts for a vehicle. And in those instances you must pay what dealer is asking for that part. The alternative is to aquire a used part from the same vehicle at an auto recycler.
