Somehow I think y’all missed the part where @Cigroller bought a 14yo with 220,000 miles on it and drove it for around 8 years, I don’t think he will be buying a 3yo anything, I am guessing it will be at least 10 years old, but I could be wrong…
Perceptive guy! My normal mode is to find a local private seller who is dumping something they think is all used up (like the Prius), so they’re not selling for much.
Things are really slow right now on the private market, so I’ve been on Carmax a bit instead. My target will likely be 5-10+ yrs old with something like 100k-ish - maybe less - in the $13-16K range. I could go spend $40K on a new Prius. But I have no interest in that.
In the meantime, the current snowflake is still chooglin’ for now.
Change keeps you young I say.
I like change but I’m totally in tune with you on automatic updates that change stuff around. I just turn them off.
Then on a basis of every few months I do an update but first review what’s changed so I don’t get surprises.
They’re about 250 each. Never seen a 500 dollar run flat.

Not all RE050’s are RF’s…

Adverse to change?
Thanks to both.
