i just bought a 1999 jeep cherokee.6 cyl 4 liter 4x4 on the tranfer case shifting it has 2wd and 4wd parttime i can not get it in 4wd fulltime. does it have fulltime 4wd drive.it the shifter has 2H -4H-N-4L

No, it does not have a full time 4WD for this truck.
