I’ve been watching Jay Leno’s Garage fairly regular…but yesterdays show had a really interest segment on a company called Local Motors.

Interesting. I can see it now. Walk into a GM dealer and have a cup of coffee while your new car is being printed.

It’s interesting. Keep posting stuff when you find it. The answer to the faux question about safety seems like gobbledygook, though. I realize it is early in development, but they do themselves a disservice by printing such an evasive answer.

I try not to make too many judgements on companies this early in development…Heck in 5 years they may be out of business because the concept didn’t take hold. We’ll see.
