I filed a case with NHSTA - I figured I’d let them decide which one to prosecute.

That string of sarcasm wasn’t generated by the OP or directed at the OP. It was generated by - probably - a drive by poster (Honda4X) who interjected his/her own starter issues into the thread. But you are right, of course.
