Has anyone heard about moving the fuse from AWD to FWD to improve fuel economy in a subaru outback. I heard a rumor that one can do this, but want to make sure it will not damage the car. In the winter I would leave it in AWD, but I could see switching to FWD for the summer.

 Thanks
