INFO CENTER SAY REMOVE KEY WAITE 3 MIN. RETRY START CAR- STARTER DISABELED. WHAT MUST I DO TO REPAIR THIS I TRYED DISSCON. THE BATT. CAR STILL WONT CRANK.

First please loose the ALL CAPS. It is hard for most people to read and it is considered rude.

How about some more information:

- Make of car
- Year of car
- Model of car
- Auto or manual
- Any other information that might be connected?
- Do the dash lights come on when you turn the key?
- Have you removed the key and waited 3 minutes before trying to start it again?

It sounds like an anti-theft system problem with this Caddy DeVille of unknown vintage.

Have you read the verbiage in the Owner’s Manual regarding the anti-theft system and how it functions?

sometimes even when car would start info. center would say car may not restart.  
all lights come on
