The reimbursement offer from Kia is unimpressive. If the vehicle had 75,001 miles at the time of repair, the owner would receive $180 toward the $750 repair.

The 2016 Optima left front window regulator MSRP is $361.  
Labor; most techs _round-up_ labor guide time and bill 1.5 hours.

Nobody clicked the “Me Too” button.  
In the past when people asking for help, a number of replies effectively stated; _Nobody on this forum owns one of those, so you won’t get any help from us._ With that welcoming attitude, no one joined those conversations.

The 2016 Kia Optima is not common on this forum, maybe Bill will buy one someday. Better hurry, deadline for submitting the claim form is November 23, 2026.
