Nice that they portray it as a mode of transportation. I can’t help but see that thing outfitted with dual machine guns, traveling in packs- a futuristic soldier if you will… scary. ---

Check this out. The robots lost big time, but this is how railroading ink the US got started. There was a race between a horse drawn rail car and a steam powered rail engine (Tom Thumb). The horse won that short race but it showed that steam powered railroading had a future.
