Hi all. Does anyone have a similar car and know how to reset the check engine light? The light came on because of the following error code, -EVAP Emission Control System Leak.(small)- Could have been just a loose gas cap. I don’t have the drivers manual anymore. Thanks in advance. Jason.

If it was just a loose gas cap the light will go off by itself. If it stays on there is another problem.

Check your gas cap. If you have small cracks in the gasket in the cap, that is where your air leak is. If there are cracks, it needs to be replaced to keep the light from coming on repeatedily. If you disconnect one of your battery cables from the battery for two minutes, that should reset your light.
