My 2008 Honda Civic air conditioning seems to blow warm air when accelerating from a stop and will go back to cold air when up to speed. Is this some kind of fuel economy thing? Its kind of anoying on a very hot day.

What does your dealer say? Some cars have a wide open throttle A/C cutout switch, but I wasn’t aware 08 Civics have this.
