My 98 Jeep just started making a high pitched pulsing noise while turning left. No noise when turning right and no vibration that i can feel. Wheel bearing?

Maybe. If so and its a left turn thing, the issue would be on the pass side. Jack it up, spin & shake the wheels and see what you get.
