# Hi and Happy New Year. Suggestions needed with a 2010 Toyota Corolla with 3 knocks from back passenger tire area when turning left from a stop

The unfortunate thing is that it doesn’t have to be. For a few bucks more (what an auto manufacturer would probably have as a cost) less aggressive dampers could easily be coupled with front and rear sway bars and have less body roll without the hardness. I replaced my rear sway bar with one 40% stiffer and the difference in body roll and in reduced wind sensitivity on the highway was downright noticeable… with no effect on the ride. I wanted to do both the front and rear with Hotchkiss until I discovered that the mounts to the unibody on the front one were above the transverse “X” member that holds the engine & tranny up… which makes changing the front bar a whole 'nother adventure. So I bought the TRD, which is rear only.
