The cars entering the highway are NOT entering at highway speeds. There isn’t enough ramp for them to get much past 40. You are okay with someone “merging” onto an Interstate at 35MPH because you consider driving 70 MPH in a 70 MPH zone is speeding? ---

I have seen this problem where entrance and exits were close together and the traffic was moving below the speed limit. Maybe you and Clueless should start your own Blog or Forum. ---

Was the road in that example posted at 70mph? In any case, if conditions (weather, traffic volume) permit, I onramp “like I stole it”! Fifty mph merges - at _minimum_ - for me.
