# Heater A/C Troubles -- 1998 Audi A6

The blower for the heater in my Audi blows only through the panel vents, not through the floor vents, no matter which setting is selected. And when I press the snowflake A/C button, it will not engage. Are these problems related? What kind of a fix am I looking at?
