I have a Hyundi Elantra 2009 with 6,000 miles.We bought it new. Heat continues to come into the car throughout the entire time I drive. I do not have the heat on. The dealer said this car and all less expensive cars do this. ---

If you have automatic temperature control it will since it is winter now, otherwise you have to check the blender door control. ---

Your dealer is BS-ing you to get you out of his shop. Call Hyundai customer service, the number should be in your owners book. ---
