99 F150, 5.4L 4x4 165K mi With the body starting to go, is it worth it to replace the head gaskets with the real potential for more repairs in short order. Some estimates exceed the value of the vehicle. ---

No. If you were doing the work yourself it might be worth the effort, but paying someone to do it is not, assuming my impression is correct that the rest of the truck has outlived its good days.
