# Hazerd lights flash while driving

i have a 99 contour svt and every once in a while the hazerd lights will flash even while im driving. any ideas why?

Does the car have a remote starter or a security system installed?  
When those systems are malfunctioning, one of the symptoms can be random flashing of the HAZARD lights.
