# Harsh shift in 2013 Honda CR-V

My car has a very harsh shift from first gear to second gear. It feels like someone hit your car from behind. It does this once or twice a day or sometimes skips few days. I took car to the Honda but they didn’t find anything wrong with the transmission harsh shifting. Please advise what should I do?
