Some very moving posts on other sites. I would recommend the history of the battle of fort Henry and the writing of the national anthem. The words will mean more. Then I might recommend looking up professor Gary Gallagher and his lectures on the civil war. If you think we have problems now and have never seen division before. These days are a piece of cake.

Yeah happy fourth but don’t forget the founders.

Fort McHenry. It’s a national park and you can visit the monument.
