@oblivion: The way I heard it, suppose a fly falls into your beer. A light drinker pours the beer out. A heavy drinker scoops the fly out and drinks the beer. The alcoholic holds the fly upside down over the pint glass and yells, “Spit it OUT, you bast\*\*d!”
