On one of the car shows on SpikeTV…they almost exclusively use the truck bed-liner (line-x) to rust-proof their vehicles. No matter what you use…it will NOT be very effective if there already is existing rust. It works great on nice clean rust-free metal.
Some encapsulating products like POR15 claim to stop and convert rust… Hmmm…
