To the lady who is thinking of covering the exterior of a car with sea glass: Gorilla Glue expands into a white, irregular foamy mass as it dries, unless the parts to be joined are clamped together tightly. Consider a clear silicone-based adhesive, often used for plumbing- it will be waterproof when dry.
