Hey all, I’ve got a 1998 BMW 3 series that is COVERED in scratches and the paint has completely lost its glossy shine. I want to get it painted, but don’t want to spend more on a paint job than the value of the car but am nervous about taking it somewhere too cheap. Anyone have a good experience with a paint job in the NYC area? I’m looking to spend about $1,000. Thanks, Happy 4th!

You’re going to be really limited with a price of $1000. You could try a chain like MAACO, but you usually get what you pay for when it comes to automotive paint jobs.
