I Own A 92 Chevy Silverado, 154 K Miles. Runs Great! My Problem? I Experience Rough Shifting At First Take Off, After She Warms Up The Shifting Is Smooth. After Parking And Starting Again, Rough Shifting With A Klunking Sound. Help! ---

Make sure the fluid is not overfilled. Check it when warm and no problem is happening. ---

It sounds to me like your clutch is getting close to failure. ---

You could also have a broken motor mount. ---
