i have a jeep cherokee sport 2001. i’ve noted a sound like metal popping/shifting in driver’s side wheel area. took it to be repaired- new shocks all around but sound remains although not as frequently. the sound usually occurs with turns and seems to happen more after driving a few miles. thanks for any suggestions.

A popping/shifting at the drivers wheel area could be the sign of a worn out ball joint.
