I started to notice my truck pulling to the left while driving to work a couple months ago. I got my tires rotated and now the truck pulls to the right while driving. Am I loosing my mind?

No - you just have a problem with one of the tires.

Was there any level of alignment done along with the rotation, perhaps they got something wrong with the alignment. Was this a standard front to back rotation?
