I have a front end vibration at about 50-60 miles per hour and again at about 70. Could this be caused by worn tires or any other possibilities?

Worn tires can cause vibrations. So can lots of other things, such as alignment, wheel balance, suspension problems, steering problems, etc. If you switch the tires front to back does anything change?
