Have about 90,000 miles on car, just changed front disc pads, test drove car after, passenger front wheel now has a slight noise and feels like wheel is out of balance,( slight wobble with steering wheel, not there before). All lug nuts are tight.Brakes working fine. Any suggestions?

Get the wheel off the ground and check the bearing for noise/roughness a
or play.
