Can a radiator spout that is broken be fixed without getting a new radiator. I have a 1999 Honda Civic EX.

A new radiator at Autozone is less then 100.00 and the labor to repair yours might be close to that . And if yours is plastic a repair might not hold for very long . Call a few shops for an idea of what they say .
