We had a 20# cat (big, not fat) that rode to the market while under the hood a few times…

Had a state trooper come to the shop after hearing a strange noise and when we went out and raised the hood, a racoon jumped out…

Critters under the hood are nothing new… lol

A friend had a couple of 20# cats (brothers) named Bitsy and Junior. The names stuck, even of they outgrew them. They were house cats and couldn’t end up stuck under the hood.

Back in the 80’s my brother lived in Dallas for a few years. He was driving a Monte Carlo with a V8 engine. One chilly morning he started the car to go to work and heard a horrible noise. A neighbors cat had crawled up on the warm engine to sleep. That was the end of that cat!
