My hands down favorite is the 1977 Pontiac Trans Am in the original Smokey and the Bandit. The Bullitt Mustang is in my top 5 favorites as is the 1970 Dodge Challenger in Vanishing Point.

I think that was Steven Spielberg’s directorial debut. It became a cult classic. Very good movie.

I’m not sure I can choose a favorite. There were so many.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car.

Hard to beat a flying, floating car that drives itself.

Runner up is the DeLorean from BTTF.

Tommy’s favorite car in the movies is “my car” a 1986 gold Alpha Romeo Spider Veloce Convertible. Less than 60,000 miles. My sweet Sophia Mia. This car was also the car used on Everybody Loves Raymond when the family visited Italy. It was Robert’s Italian girlfriends car. When Robert got in, he literally step into it without opeing the door. I loved it. So funny but I fit perfectly at 5’ 2" - my 6’ 3" manfriend, not so much.

I have to say my favorite car has always been the Bullitt Mustang. I have been lusting after that car for years. Did manage to own and restore a '70 fastback for a time, but that is as close as I came. Let me add two cars I haven’t seen mentioned. The primer gray '55 Chevy in Two-Lane Blacktop driven by James Taylor and Dennis Wilson vs. the stock GTO driven by Warren Oates. The other is the yellow '32 Ford Coupe driven by character John Milner in American Graffiti.

When I think of movie cars, the first thing that comes to mind is “Christine”. My first driving, age 13 was in a 1959 Plymouth Sport Suburban wagon. Seeing Christine brings back memories of that “tank” of a car.
