I have not seen the radiator fans move in my 1991 Honda in more than four years. The car doesn’t overheat, but should I worry about this?

I can run the car all day long, they NEVER turn. A couple of years ago,I had a hose leaking which caused the radiator to overheat severely, and even then the fans never budged an inch.
